OUR WINES
Elegant n' smooth!
I make approachable, sustainable, vegan friendly wines using a low input approach. My wines are made to be shared with friends and family but still score big with the wine critics!

The scores and medals are in for our first release;
the GSM was recently rated 95 and our Shiraz was rated 94 by Uk, Australia and New Zealand's leading wine critics and wine magazines.
​
They were also described as 'value for money', 'highly recommended' and 'extraordinary wine' while picking up 6 gold medals.
OUR PLACE
The Gatehouse at Milton
Built in 1868 and beautifully restored, The Gatehouse at Milton located on the south coast of New South Wales, was the historic Gatekeeper's cottage for Airlie House.

Airlie House was where the first Mayor of the Milton / Ulladulla district lived and where the Warden family conducted local business.
​
We have established a boutique vineyard and olive grove on the property and have plans for a cellar door with views of the Budawang ranges.
This is where the 'wild winds' blow and where our wine brand was born.

James-Paul Marin
With over 20 years’ worth of experience, I have honed my craft both domestically and internationally.
I source grapes from across the many distinct cool climates regions of Australia to bring you the very best examples of my favourite varieties.

I am a Vintner who makes vegan wines using simple and sustainable techniques.
My wines are made to share and I look forward to hearing about the memories made around the table with family and friends.​​
